Bobby Burns; how are you doing? You were brought up in a discussion with my daughter not too long ago...She kept coming home talking about a lil boy at school who picked on her all of the time, and she wanted to know what she was supposed to do...I gave my best advice and told her that more than likely it would pass...I told her there was a boy named BOBBY that used to pick on mommy all of the time, but, it passed over time and that we became friends :) I wonder if your ears were burning that day!!!! Thanks for the pictures; I enjoyed looking at them!!!!
Angel it is great to hear from you. I am sorry I was such an ass in our early years I really don't remember being like that but Kelly Glenn told me she could not stand me back then. But now she is a really great friend so I guess she forgave me??? Maybe??? I remember you had one of the best B-day parties, it was a swimming party at your house on Main St. man it was great. What B-Day was that???? I can't think how old we were then.
It's great to hear from you, too..And we were all asses at some point and time; and then we decided to grow up :) Tell Kelly Glenn that I said HI...That was my 13th b'day if I remember correctly...And my dad still talks about how we demolished his backyard...ha ha...But, I did even better when I was 18, and had one when the folks were out of town for a week, and caught the backyard on fire...Bless my parents hearts...Now, they just sit back and laugh when I call them and say, "Do you know what Lottie said or did"...I understand you and your wife have a store down on Waldron Street...We'll look you up the next time we are down that way!!
Who is that behind Gary Newcomb and Chris McClaurin in the last/bottom picture? You can only see part of his/her face? Does anyone know? Looks like it might be Shawn Glidewell, but I'm not sure when he left Corinth...???

I think the beachwear dance was a Spring Jam or something. It sticks with me because I had been asked to go by Tom Dickerson at church and in front of my parents. I told him "No", but they made me call him when we got home and accept-something to the tune of losing my car for six weeks! Anyway I went with him and was totally embarrassed on the dance floor. He completely made a fool out of both of us and the bad thing is he really thought he could dance!
